An exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Lawyer (NQ Lawyer) to join a global imaging and technology service company. As an Associate Legal Counsel, you will join the Group Legal Counsel department in their London Head Office.

The main purpose of this position is to primarily support the UK business with all Legal team activity; - advising on legal and commercial risks associated with business operations and their potential impact and suggested mitigating actions.

Although this is mainly UK, there will be lots of opportunity to get involved across European projects.

Essential requirements:

-          Experience of UK commercial or contract law

-          Professional legal qualification (Solicitor/Barrister or equivalent)

-          At least basic experience of reviewing, drafting and negotiation commercial contracts and other legal documents.

-          Ability to problem solve

-          Strong time management and organisational skills

This is an Associate Legal Counsel opportunity where the right candidate will only need to have a relatively small amount of commercial in-house or private practice experience as there will be lots of support from the team internally.
