Administrator - Law Firm - Central Bristol

We currently have an exciting opportunity to become an Administrator on full time permanent basis within a leading Law Firm in Central Bristol. Key to this role is providing an efficient and effective service to members of the firm on a daily basis.

Administrator duties include:

  • Communicating with fee earners
  • Setting up forms and initial letters for each new claim file
  • Uploading documents on to claims database
  • Electronic filing
  • Producing claims summaries
  • Liaising with brokers via telephone and email
  • Competing general admin and secretarial duties as and when needed
  • Managing office post
  • Photocopying and binding

Administrator Key Skills:

  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Team player
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail
